I am struggling with the Reserve Bank of India and Corporation Bank for getting the amount of Rs.25000/- which was fradulently withdrawan from the Corporation Bank of Kunnathur Branch (Tamil Nadu) from one of my relatives current account. I had lodged a complaint against the same with Reserve Bank of India and Corporation Bank on 13th March 2008 through BO. After a prolong silence I got an reply from the Reserve Bank of India stated that this will need more verification of documents and other related documents and my complaint was rejected by the BO. I wish to take this matter with the help of consumer court. May I know the exact procedure how to handle with the bankers. Money doesn't matter for me. I wish that such irregularities should not happen again in any one of the nationalised banks.
